While this massage may be more intense for some individuals, those who are active or regularly work out may find it relaxing as their muscles are accustomed to physical exertion. To prepare the body for the madero therapy, our therapists use traditional Thai massage practices for lymphatic massage, ensuring that the muscles are properly warmed up and ready to receive the treatment.
